L3 Capital Announces Hermès Lease Signing for Future Boutique in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

L3 Capital is excited to announce the signing of a lease with Hermès of Paris for a new, 2-story boutique location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Situated at the intersection of North 6th and Berry Streets, this will be the brand’s first store in Brooklyn and fourth in New York. The boutique is planned to open in 2026.
