L3 Capital Breaks Ground on Fulton Market Development
L3 Capital has started construction at 1020 W Randolph Street in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. The former drive-thru bank at the corner of Randolph Street and Carpenter Street is being redeveloped into a 5-story mixed-use retail and office building totaling 36,000 square feet.
This building will be completed in Q2 2023 and offer 5,000 SF of ground floor retail space and up to 31,000 square feet of office space above. The building includes a 6th floor rooftop terrace amenity with unobstructed views of the skyline.
The building was designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and will be constructed by W.E. O’Neil Construction. Other strategic partners include RL Edward Partners, IMEG, Interface Engineering, Confluence, and Eriksson Engineering.
