At acquisition, 3423-25 N Southport included two single-story retail buildings that were occupied by tenants at below-market rents with near term lease expirations. L3 redeveloped the site into a brand new two-story building that could accommodate one ground floor tenant and one second floor tenant. L3 leased the building to J.Crew and SoulCycle.
