You’re bound to hear one of Reverb’s 140 Chicago-based employees playing music in its 9,000-square-foot office and full-service production studio, a $350,000 project led by Chicago interior design firm All Things Esque and Cristian Avram of Cris Construct in Skokie. Wherever you look, you’ll see music, too—guitars hanging from reclaimed-wood displays, coronets peeking from the sides of modern desks, records lining the walls of the denlike lounge and instrument-themed murals, designed by Reverb creative director Lynette Sage, adorning the hallways. Private offices and meeting rooms are filled with ’60s-inspired furniture and midcentury chairs reupholstered in bright orange. The new HQ has been such a hit that the company already has plans to double its footprint next year in an adjoining lot.
