London brand Cos (46 E. Oak St., cosstores.com) has opened its first Chicago store. The store spans three levels and 5,700 square feet and is located in one of L3 Capital’s renovated buildings.

Blue Bottle Coffee, Warby Parker ink leases in Coconut Grove

Blue Bottle Coffee and Warby Parker are heading to Miami’s original funky neighborhood, Coconut Grove, at 3034 Grand Avenue. Blue Bottle is opening its third location in Miami-Dade. The Oakland-based coffee company leased the corner 1,205-square foot space at the building, which L3 Capital purchased in 2016.
